Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed within the United States and is intended to provide a clear understanding of our return and refund policies. By placing an order with Veloaura, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@veloaura.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and inform you of the next steps, including whether your return has been approved or declined.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

C. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved and it is due to an error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the item. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

D. Damaged/Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or if your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service at service@veloaura.com with your order number, tracking number, and any supporting documentation. We’ll handle the issue promptly through a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

E. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at service@veloaura.com.

F. Refund Timeline

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
