A. Shipping Range
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. overseas territories is not available at this time.
B. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
C. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
- Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon - Fri)
- Transit Time: 7-12 Business Days (Mon - Fri)
D. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time prior to dispatch. Once the shipping process has started, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.If an order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
E. Damaged/Lost Items
Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, please confirm it with the carrier before accepting the package. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please document it and contact us immediately.
