If your return is approved and it is due to an error on our part, we we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the item. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Yes! The Veloaura kit includes a standard ABS shower drain base (flange).
This provides a complete, ready-to-install solution right out of the box, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection without the need for extra parts.
What size waste pipe is compatible with this drain?
The drain base features a standard 2-inch ABS outlet.
It connects directly to 2-inch pipes. If you are connecting to a 3-inch waste pipe, you must use an appropriate reducing coupling or no-hub transition coupling to ensure the installation meets local plumbing codes.
What waterproofing methods are compatible with this drain?
This drain is designed exclusively for traditional clamped waterproof liners (such as PVC or CPE).
It is NOT compatible with direct-bond topical waterproofing (like Kerdi) or Hot Mop (hot asphalt) applications, as the high heat from hot mopping may deform the ABS base and compromise the seal.
Where can I install this shower drain?
This drain is specifically engineered for tiled or stone shower floors.
Please DO NOT install it in bathtubs, sinks, or pre-fabricated shower bases (fiberglass/acrylic), as the connection mechanisms are not compatible.
How do I connect the ABS base to my plumbing pipes (PVC or ABS)?
The included drain base is made of ABS material.
- For ABS pipes: Connect using standard ABS cement.
- For PVC pipes: You must use specific ABS-to-PVC transition cement (typically green) or an approved no-hub coupling to ensure a secure, code-compliant bond.
